  • Do I pay extra to book through you?

    No — there's no fee to use me as your travel advisor. I'm paid commission by the supplier (Disney, Royal Caribbean, the resort, etc.) when your trip is booked, and that commission is already built into the published price. You don't pay more than you would booking direct.

  • What happens after I submit the form?

    I usually get back to you within one business day. We pick a time for a quick call, or it can stay over email — your choice. We talk through who's going, what kind of trip, budget range, accessibility needs, and date flexibility. Then I send you options to react to. No commitment.

  • How long until I hear back?

    Usually within one business day. If you submit on a weekend or holiday, expect a reply on the next business morning.

  • Can I email you directly instead of the form?

    Yes. Email cieraeasterday@travelmation.net and I will reply with the same questions the form asks. The forms are the fastest path because they pre-route inquiries by trip type, but the email goes straight to the same inbox.

  • What kinds of trips do you plan?

    Disney (Walt Disney World, Disneyland, Disney Cruise Line), Universal Studios, cruises across the major lines, all-inclusive resorts, honeymoons, multi-generational family trips, accessible travel, and themed group trips through TV-set filming locations.

  • Can you plan trips for travelers with accessibility needs?

    Yes — accessible travel is a deliberate specialty. I'm Travelmation Accessible Travel Certified, which means I'm trained on park accessibility programs (DAS at Disney, IBCCES at Universal), accessible cabins on cruises, sensory-friendly experiences, dining for allergies and dietary needs, and pacing for energy management.

  • Do you charge a planning fee or a deposit?

    No planning fee for most trips. A booking deposit may be required at the time you confirm — that deposit goes to the supplier (the cruise line, resort, or Disney), not to me. I tell you exactly what is due and when before you commit.

  • Where are you based and where do you book trips?

    I am based in Clearwater, Florida, and I book trips for clients across the United States. Travel destinations are global — Disney parks, cruises worldwide, Europe, the Caribbean, and beyond.
